Members also include women's health service line leaders.

Members are bound together by a shared commitment to advancing women's health through innovative medical education, cutting-edge patient care, and ground-breaking research. Each year AMGO members come together to share best practices and to enhance their professional leadership skills and health-delivery expertise.  We'd love to meet you and have you join our tightly-knit group of leaders in academic women's health.

New Members join for FREE and pay no dues for the current calendar year.

Membership Criteria

A prospective member is employed by an academic Department of Obstetrics & Gynecology or works within a Women's Health service line across an entire healthcare system. Departments of OB/GYN and affiliated teaching hospitals include institutions whose tripartite mission includes teaching, research and clinical services.

Our Members include:

  • Administrative professionals working in a Department of Gynecology and Obstetrics, or employed in a health system with a teaching hospital affiliation and in the area of OB/GYN and women's health services. 
  • The Department of Gynecology and Obstetrics is part of, or affiliated with, an accredited medical school of the Association of American Medical Colleges (AAMC), the Association of Canadian Medical Colleges, or the American Association of Colleges of Osteopathic Medicine.
  • Members included Department Administrators, Research Administrators, Finance, Operations and Residency/Fellowship and Graduate Medical Education Administrative professionals.
