Have a credit balance? Use your credit balance for the conference. BEFORE REGISTERING, read the instructions below.
HAVE A CREDIT BALANCE?
If you pre-paid for 2020 or 2021 conference registration fees, they were refunded to you or credited back to your account.
To check if you have a credit balance: <Click> 'View Profile' (icon on the upper right hand of website) On the lower right-hand corner of your profile, it will indicate if your account has an overpayment.
TO USE YOUR CREDIT BALANCE FOR THE CONFERENCE
1) Complete the REGISTRATION process
2) When asked for payment, SELECT "Invoice Me"
3) You are now registered for the conference! There is nothing further you need to do.
4) The AMGO Administrator will apply the credit balance to the outstanding invoice on the back-end.
If the credit being applied is less than the selected invoice amount, you will have a remaining balance to pay.
If the credit being applied equals or is more than the selected invoice amount, you have nothing further to do.
